Soundproof and modern room, excellent bathroom. Fast check-in, parking next to the hotel. - Everything well-maintained. - Very comfy bed and marvelous location right at the waterfront.

Liked the minimalist-style building and our a nice size room with 2 separate beds. The breakfasts with halaal options.

Restaurant was missed, we were a little disappointed.

Everything was simply perfect. It was immaculately clean, the staff was extremely friendly and cooperative, plus the service was good. We had a nice hot and above average breakfast with halaal options, an egg station, could find something for everyone...

The staff we met were not very helpful.

My room was absolutely perfect and amazingly comfortable with a private bathroom. the location was unbeatable for walking around Knysna Waterfront. - There were cafés and bars right next to the place.

Location of the hotel is the best thing about the hotel, it is ideal for people who visit Knysna for boat trips.

Hotel only serves breakfast and not lunch or dinner. Internet service is available only at some hot points and not in your room.

The staff here are friendly and always available, and the double room offers fantastic views of the harbor along with complimentary coffee.

Excellent Location. Just across the waterfront with a great view of waterfront. Good Proximity to shopping etc Hotel Staff is very nice and helpful.

Lunch etc not available within the hotel but they would order from restaurants around. Rooms are quite small.

Absolutely its location. The rooms overlooking the yacht basin and the view 24 hours a day.

I spendt the time at the hotel with my 8 year old son. If it was slightly less pricy, I would stay more aften.

This place is conveniently located in the waterfront area, making it easy to walk to nearby shops during the day and it is situated close to activities on the lagoon.

As returning guests we were complimentary upgraded to a lagoon-facing view - this was really nice and the lagoon facing room was great and had the most gorgeous views - it definately made our stay much more special. Thanks for a wonderful stay - we will be back next year!

Great location for lagoon, bars and restaurants. Hotel was very nice, friendly staff and had a great pool.

The venue was impeccably clean and reasonably spacious. I've had a brand-new and comfortable quiet room with a beautiful view, and a balcony available. the staff were extremely friendly and decent all the time.

It offers exceptional, amazing location.
